OK you guys! This recipe is an absolute must-try for you fellow sweet-tooths. In efforts to help my skin over the last year, I've tried to be strict with gluten-free and dairy-free. Which is NOT EASY for someone who loves dessert. But my friend Lucy recently told me about this super easy GF-DF recipe that tastes like the inside of a Lindor Chocolate (vegan-friendly, too!).
Give this a try, I can guarantee you won't be disappointed.
Heat and stir in a saucepan:
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp vanilla
Pour mixture into a parchment paper-covered pan. Sprinkle with sea salt. Put in fridge to harden (about an hour). Break into pieces and store in the fridge.

PS. I'm confident this would also be delicious as a fondue
