WHAT IS THE STANDARD TURN-AROUND TIME?

After an order is placed, you can expect it to be shipped out within 3 days. Regular (untracked) shipping usually takes 2-5 business days.

Custom orders will vary, and TAT will be communicated accordingly. On average, custom orders take 2-3 weeks to prepare.

ARE RETURNS ALLOWED?

As a rule of thumb, The Crafty Cabin has a no-return policy.

However, please contact me regarding the reason and we can make arrangements as we see fit. I want to see my customers happy!

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR MATERIALS?

All of my materials are either upcycled, thrifted, or from local small-business fabric shops. I prefer working with natural materials (ie. cotton, linen, wool) rather than synthetics.

HOW WILL THE ITEMS BE PACKAGED?

Your items will be safely wrapped up in either recycled boxes/mailing envelopes, or brown paper envelopes (to reduce environmental impact of single-use plastic!)

All orders are sent with a custom hand-written note. Packaged with love!

HOW DO I WASH MY FABRIC PRODUCTS?

I strongly recommend to wash in cold water inside-out and to always hang to dry! These tips will add longevity to your products.

If your product has tassles, ties or buttons, I recommend hand-washing or machine washing in a mesh bag.
